Your responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Corporate Secretary team;
  • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, such as dealing with incoming and outgoing mail, scanning and filing, organising RCS and RBE filings, preparing payment instructions etc.;
  • Undertake regular updates of the company’s database;
  • Participate in the organization of client meetings;
  • Assist with the preparation of board packs;
  • Deal with other administrative tasks upon request of the team members.

Your profile

  • You have minimum 2-3years of experience in a similar position, preferably within the financial industry;
  • You are fluent in English (French and/or German are considered an asset);
  • You have a strong knowledge in MS Office;
  • You have basic knowledge in corporate law;
  • You have strong organizational skills and are eager to learn;
  • You are solution oriented;
  • You have a keen perception, good presentation and excellent communication skills (verbal and written);
  • You are a real team player.
