pandomus is an independent, CSSF regulated, Luxembourg based service company which offers high-end Luxembourg company domiciliation and fund administration services.
Due to our continuous growth and expansion pandomus is looking to enforce the Back-Office with an:
ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT / SUPPORT OFFICER (M/F) - CDI
- Provide administrative support to a dedicated team (e.g. Corporate Secretary, Accounting or Tax)
- Handling of day-to-day administrative tasks within the Back-Office, such as incoming and outgoing mail, electronic & paper filing, scanning of documents, etc;
- Regular update of the Company’s client database;
- Preparation of cover letters & correspondence upon request;
- Organization of client meetings & events, business trips, travels & accommodation;
- Preparation & review of documents and presentations, compiling required data as the case may be;
- Manage office supplies & procurement;
- Deal with other administrative tasks upon request of the Partners/Directors.
- You have minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position, preferably within the financial industry;
- You are fluent in English, any other language is considered an asset;
- You are proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
- You are highly organized, know how to manage deadlines and to prioritize;
- You have excellent presentation and communication skills (verbal and written);
- You have a keen perception, are proactive and eager to learn;
- You are used to working in a team as well as independently.
