Due to our continuous growth and expansion pandomus is looking to enforce the Back-Office with an:


Your responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to a dedicated team (e.g. Corporate Secretary, Accounting or Tax)
  • Handling of day-to-day administrative tasks within the Back-Office, such as incoming and outgoing mail, electronic & paper filing, scanning of documents, etc;
  • Regular update of the Company’s client database;
  • Preparation of cover letters & correspondence upon request;
  • Organization of client meetings & events, business trips, travels & accommodation;
  • Preparation & review of documents and presentations, compiling required data as the case may be;
  • Manage office supplies & procurement;
  • Deal with other administrative tasks upon request of the Partners/Directors.

Your profile

  • You have minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position, preferably within the financial industry;
  • You are fluent in English, any other language is considered an asset;
  • You are proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
  • You are highly organized, know how to manage deadlines and to prioritize;
  • You have excellent presentation and communication skills (verbal and written);
  • You have a keen perception, are proactive and eager to learn;
  • You are used to working in a team as well as independently.
